Terms and conditions of transaction cancellation

Payment for services is made online using bank cards or via the MPay service.

Terms and Conditions for Service / Refunds
If an incorrect reference number or IDNP was entered during payment, the payer must submit a free-form request to [email protected], specifying both the incorrect and the correct reference number, attaching a copy of their identity document and the bank account details for the refund. The request will be reviewed, and the funds will be refunded within a maximum of 5 business days.

Personal Data Processing
The personal data of users and cardholders are processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection and are used exclusively for providing services and processing payments. By using the service, the user agrees to the processing of their personal data.

Security Policy
Bank card information is processed exclusively through authorized payment service providers. BIC INFODEBIT CREDIT REPORT S.R.L. does not store or have access to customers' full bank card details.
